Take a wire rack, similar to the type used to cool cookies, and place it over top a foil covered, shallow baking pan.
Open 1 package of bacon, and lay the bacon strips across the wire rack without overlap.
Sprinkle roughly 1 cup of brown sugar over bacon.
Bake at 350F for ~30 min, until desired crispness.
Let stand briefly.
Yum.
Also, the drippings from this will likely taste good on apples. I'll try that with the next batch.

Note: will also work for turkey bacon, althought the lower fat content will cause the brown sugar to glaze harder into more of a shellac.
